3. Account Registration and Security

4.2. The minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are ₱200 (PHP) unless otherwise stated in specific promotions.

4.3. Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes specified on our How to Withdraw page. We may require additional verification for large withdrawals or suspicious activity.

4.4. JILI-17 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5. Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

5.1. All bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and tournament prizes, are subject to these terms and any specific conditions stated in the promotion.

5.2. Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts must be wagered 25 times (25x) before any winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a ₱100 bonus requires ₱2,500 in total bets before withdrawal.

5.3. Eligible Games: Slots contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and fishing games contribute 50%. Some games may be excluded entirely — check the promotion details.

5.4. Bonus Validity: All bonuses and free spins must be used within 7 days of being credited, unless otherwise specified. Unused bonuses will expire and be forfeited.

8.2. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact our customer support team via Contact Us to attempt an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation or arbitration in accordance with Philippine law.

9. Amendments and Modifications

9.1. JILI-17 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on our website.

9.2. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. JILI-17 provides the Platform “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.

10.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JILI-17 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
